On the picture you can see the signature of the project for which I built the concept and calculated the feasibility. The bank approved it and the investor signs a contract with OREA HOTELS, where I started 27 years ago. The project Concept and business plan of the hotel is a key element for successful development. I focus on creating a clear and feasible vision that includes detailed market analysis, definition of target clientele and operation strategy. Each plan is designed to optimize resources and maximize return on investment, leading to long-term sustainability and growth. The concept also includes a P&L according to USALI international standards.
CO S HOTELEM

I analyze the current state of your hotel, identify areas for improvement and implement changes that will increase its market value. Part of the preparation is also the creation of attractive and convincing sales material and a presentation that will appeal to and interest interested parties. The photo shows the presentation of awards to the best Czech companies, which I have been participating in for twenty years. It is important to remember that in addition to all these aspects, the company you are in also matters, because investors do not flip through real estate catalogs.
CHANGE OF CONCEPT
The "Changing the concept of a hotel or individual resorts" project is designed for hotels that need to revitalize or adapt their services to new trends and market needs. If your existing concepts are no longer working, I will conduct a detailed analysis of the current state and identify key areas for improvement. I will design and implement new strategies and concepts that will increase the attractiveness of your hotel and individual resorts. This process includes modernizing services, redesigning interiors and introducing innovative technologies to ensure higher guest satisfaction and profitability. Sometimes this will turn out to be a complex automated smart hotel that will become a model for others.
AUTOMATION
The "Hotel Automation" project is focused on the implementation of the most modern technologies to increase efficiency and improve the guest experience. Automation includes the introduction of intelligent systems for managing reservations, check-in and check-out processes, energy management, and other operational areas. These innovations not only reduce operating costs, but also allow staff to focus on providing more personal and better service. The goal is to create smoother and more efficient operations that will increase guest satisfaction and the hotel's overall profitability.
KICK-OFF
The "Kick Off" project is designed for the successful start of your hotel initiatives. It includes detailed planning and coordination of all key aspects that are needed to launch a new project or service. Together we create a strategic plan, define goals and set milestones to ensure a smooth implementation. I provide support from initial idea to implementation, including staff training and progress monitoring. The goal is to ensure that each new project starts off strong and has long-term success.
COMPETENCY MODEL
The project "Competence model of all levels of the hotel" defines key skills and manifestations of competence and incompetence for each position. Includes performance appraisal and subsequent development, from management to operational staff. Each team member is evaluated according to clearly defined criteria, which ensures efficiency and a high level of service. I draw on current resources from the top workplaces of the best chains so that the model corresponds to the latest trends in the industry. Thanks to twenty years of cooperation in the field of potential testing, I also deal with competences in other fields. We often hire people for what they can do and fire them for who they are. It is also important to pay attention to social and interpersonal competences, which the youngest generation Z has in the first place.
QUALITY STANDARDS
At the same time, seven years in East Africa and North Moravia could not have been better training in creating and implementing standards, because the most important thing is to know what to leave out. In Africa you order a beer from a waiter and after a long time he brings it to you warm with a smile, here you get a chilled beer right away, but you feel like you are bothering. The project "Creation and introduction of quality standards" establishes clear and measurable standards for all aspects of hotel operations. It includes the definition of quality criteria, staff training and regular audits. I draw on up-to-date sources from the top workplaces of the best chains to keep standards in line with the latest trends in the industry, resulting in higher guest satisfaction and operational optimization.
MANAGER MENTORING

As a certified coach training graduate, I have found that I am not a good coach, but as a mentor I am excellent in client evaluations. The "Hotel Manager Mentoring (GM, DOSM)" project is aimed at developing key management skills and strengthening leadership. It includes individual consultations, training and practical advice to improve hotel management and marketing strategies. The goal is to increase the efficiency and results of hotel management. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of the manager, draws on current resources and best practices of top chains, which ensures continuous professional growth and optimization of hotel operations.
MASTER MINDING
Master Minding - Activation of the innovation potential of management and the team" is aimed at supporting creativity and innovation in the hotel environment. It includes workshops and brainstorming sessions focused on creative thinking and problem solving. I use special methods to support team cooperation and open communication, thereby creating an environment where new ideas arise. The program draws on current trends and best practices of the world's best hotel chains, which enables effective implementation of innovations and increases the hotel's competitiveness. In a group, your questions will be given a different context and you will get feedback or practical answers to your questions. The group functions as a "brain trust", drawing on the strength, experience and energy of the members. This brings different perspectives and often new, novel ideas. The group also supports personal growth, motivates and creates valuable contacts. It is a beautiful work with valuable results.
