WHERE I GOT THE STARS

🌟My first managerial job was for the world chain Casino MGM, but I didn't like gambling
(in addition to standardization, I learned here that a million dollars in twenties weighs 50, in hundreds 10 kg, there are no clocks in the Casino, and selected free food and drink stimulate the brain's reward center
and promotes risky behavior).


🌟 I got the basics of hotel management in the GOLDEN TULIP chain (here I was taught the Austrian management model, head in Vienna, hands and feet in Prague) I worked in F&B, reception and Sales. As a sales director, I managed a **** hotel in Prague for two years (Sunday reception services, carrying suitcases, handling complaints, flying to world fairs, first mobile phone, first overbooking).


🌟 I led the department for 15 years. S&M chain OREA HOTELS (the transformation of frustrated people in vacated union accommodation facilities into a hotel chain was the strongest and at the same time the most beautiful management experience full of amazing people, I've been gone for more than 12 years and I still like the brand and their new logo was really successful).


🌟 I founded the Institute of Occupational Psychodiagnostics
(with the goal of leaving marketing for human resources the moment the grays appear) and I am the co-author of the Accent Assessment Tool test, I have tested over 5000 managers.
🌟 I have scouted and mentored dozens of GM and DOSM hotels.
​🌟 I opened and established independent hotels in the Czech Republic and abroad.
🌟 I have implemented more than 500 trainings and courses.
🌟 I am the author of the communication course according to personality type (I realize how fundamentally we can influence the results just by choosing the right words).
🌟 I implemented standards in more than 70 hotels.
🌟 I sold three large hotels and bought three large ones.
🌟 I made a profit in record time with a great team.
🌟 I took over one hotel with staff who didn't get paid for the second month. Standing in front of the people to whom the company owed money was uncomfortable. But firing staff that the hotel no longer had the budget for was the hardest part yet.
🌟 Thanks to the people I worked with, I am who I am. A compelling creative visionary who likes numbers and people.
